Where do I go????

Okay, I need help!  I have to decide what hospital to deliver at!  With less than 3 weeks to go, I have two choices:  Utah Valley Medical or Mountain View Hospital in Payson.

Things that are important to me:

Cleanliness
Quality of the food (I know, it shouldn't matter but I really like food)
Flexibility of the staff ( I make some very picky requests and don't like routine procedures)

So, I know that there are many of you that delivered at these hospitals, leave comments and tell me your experiences and recommendations!!  Thanks!!!!

Tara! I have delivered at both, and Mt. View was great because the nurses were really nice. It was old, but they have a NEW mothers wing now!! so I would have to say Payson is where I would choose if it were me:))) UVRMC was clean but the rooms were really small, and the nurses seamed put out half the time!!

I still say register at both. But I am sure whichever you go to will be fine. You have to do what is best for you.

Tara, I loved Mt. View in Payson. The nurses were so nice and there was only one other lady delivering when i was. You look so cute in the prego pictures. Good Luck!

I did not have a good experience with UVMC (and Aaron was sent to get me food for EVERY meal for 3 days)...so I say anything else is worth a try :-) I'd like to know what kind of "specific requests" you have? because I'm all about making it better the next time around :-)...GOOD LUCK!

Hey Tara--I can't believe you are almost due-you look great! Hope the holidays were lots of fun! I just wanted to say I was born at Utah Valley 28 years ago, so deliver there--hahaha! Good Luck.-Erin

I had a great experience at UVRMC. My nurses were awesome and very helpful. Spencer's heart rate was pretty bad a couple of times, and a few nurses would come in to help each time. They seemed to work well as a team. I would look into Orem Community still as well.
