Crawfish!!! Well, it wouldn't be spring without it! It is something I have loved since I was a child and now it is fun to share it with Joshua and the kids. Thankfully, it is possible to find it out west thanks to Papadeaux. It was so fun to watch the kids eat it. Ethan became very attached and took two of them home in a plastic to-go container. Unfortunately they could not become permanent pets, because after a few days, we started to worry that he would get a food borne illness : )

Glad you are updating your blog finally! Looks like you guys are having a good time & I have to say I am impressed to see french fries on their plates. :) Treston looks like a little Ethan to me. All of them are getting so big and cute we hope to see you guys soon!
